“Picked out slabs for counter top for new kitchen. Paid total amount of estimated cost. Was giving a July 5 date for measuring. Paid a little extra to make sure installer had cabinets installed by July 5. Called on July 5 to get a estimated time when they would be there to measure and was told I was not on there schedule. Was also told it would be two weeks before I could be re scheduled. Did not understand this , you have my money for almost a month and you forgot to put me on your schedule and now I have to wait two more weeks. This is unacceptable. The customer service person was very unconcerned that they made the mistake and did not seem to care. Call Troy Granite company and explained to them what happened. They stepped up and they could make adjustments to there schedule and fit us in and have the top measured, fabricated and installed within two weeks. Now that's great customer service. So beware of Rocksolid and use Troy.”
