Granite Bay Pilates and Yoga is a full service studio located in Granite Bay near Sacramento, California. We offer private and group sessions in yoga and pilates. Classes are taught by certified and experienced instructors trained in yoga, pilates mat, reformer, cadillac and chair. In addition, on staff we have two certified massage therapists available. With two separate studios at our location we can offer more classes during the day to suit your needs.

Granite Bay Pilates began in 2004 as a partnership between friends that just happened to be fitness professionals. After taking classes they could see and feel the difference pilates made in their bodies. Yoga was always a part of Kay's repertoire, but pilates was a different way of thinking – from the core. Lesley has embraced yoga within the last 3 years and will be teaching classes soon. Our philosophy is to offer the best of our skills to all types of clients in a safe, professional and effective manner. Whether you are an advanced athlete or a challenged beginner, we can adapt the method for each individual to have success.
